These terms govern your use of whiteeaglehomeimprov.com and your engagement of White Eagle Home Improvement LLC, 199 Riverside Ave, Bristol, CT 06010, for painting and related services.
Estimates and proposals
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written proposal describes the scope, materials, and price for your project. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it is performed.
Offers and discounts
Promotional offers, including the $250 discount on projects over $2,500, apply to new project quotes, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and must be mentioned before the proposal is signed. Referral rewards are governed by the referral program terms below.
Referral program
Our referral program pays $200 to the person who refers a new customer to us, under these rules:
- Qualifying jobs. The reward applies when the referred customer is a new customer and their project totals $2,500 or more.
- Name us your referrer up front. The referred customer must mention the referrer by name when they first request their quote. Referrals cannot be added after a proposal is signed or work has begun.
- Paid after completion. The $200 is paid after the referred job is booked, fully completed, and paid in full, within 30 days of final payment. Cancelled or refunded projects do not qualify.
- One reward per project. Each referred project earns one $200 reward, paid to the first referrer named. There is no limit on how many different customers you may refer.
- No self-referrals. You cannot refer yourself, your own project, or a member of your own household. White Eagle Home Improvement employees and their households are not eligible for referral rewards.
- Customer offers still apply. The referred customer may still use any current offer they qualify for on their own project.
- Program changes. We may modify or end the referral program at any time. Changes never affect rewards already earned. We may withhold rewards in cases of fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the program.
Scheduling and site access
Project dates depend on weather and preceding jobs, especially for exterior work. We will keep you informed of any changes. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work areas during scheduled hours.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If something is not right with the workmanship on your project, tell us and we will come back and make it right. This guarantee covers workmanship and does not cover damage from settling, structural movement, water intrusion, or normal wear.
Insurance
White Eagle Home Improvement LLC is a registered Connecticut home improvement contractor, license HIC.0649806, and carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for its crew.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and the final payment due at completion, are stated in your written proposal.
